| 4 | Material and Labour for Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) of mix 1:2:4 (Type B1) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate, for thrust blocks, anchor blocks, and pipe supports, and other mics work including necessary excavation, centering and shuttering/ formwork, mixing, placing in position, compacting by mechanical vibrator, finishing to required line, level and shape, and curing, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 5 | M & L for cutting of existing road surface (bituminous/BT, WBM, or cement concrete road) to required width and depth for laying of pipelines, including marking, cutting with appropriate tools/machines, breaking, removing and disposal of excavated materials/debris within specified lead, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The work shall include taking necessary precautions to avoid damage to adjoining structures/services and maintaining safety during execution. |
| 6 | Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of 250 mm diameter, Class K-9 Ductile Iron (DI) pipe conforming to IS: 8329:2000, centrifugally cast (spun) pressure pipe with socket and spigot ends, suitable for push-on joints, including rubber gaskets/jointing materials, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The pipes shall be provided with external zinc coating with a finishing layer of bitumen, and internal cement mortar lining with bituminous seal coat, complete in all respects, including handling, loading, unloading, laying, alignment, jointing, testing, and commissioning.
