NOTE:- The spare items required for repair shall be measured and paid seperately. |
| 2 | S&F in replacement of heating element of 1.5 KW rating double tube type with cup type of circular/triangle shape including rubber washers suitable to fit in the existing geyser without any water leakage complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 3 | S&F in replacement of heating element of 2 KW rating double tube type with cup type of circular /triangle shape including rubber washers suitable to fit in the existing geyser without any water leakage complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 4 | S&F in replacement of the heat proof rubber PVC gasket suitable for the different make of 25 litres capacity geysers as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 5 | S&F in replacement of heavy duty element holding assembly with provision for safety valve in its inlet, pocket for thermostat/ thermal cut system and drain plug suitable for 25 litres capacity geysers complete all as per site requirement and directed by Engr-in-Charge . |
| 6 | S&F for appretus plate (Geysers assembly) suitable for existing geysers of capacity 25 ltrs of copper/brass complete with nuts and bolts and rubber washer complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 7 | Supply and Fixing in replacement of vertical non return valve 15 mm dia gun metal including GI fitting such as union, nipple, elbow, socket etc as required at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 8 | S&F stainless steel inner tank 24 gauge heavy duty in replacement of stainless steel inner tank suitable for the existing 25 ltrs capacity geysers complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 9 | S&F in replacement of capillary thermostate for the geysers 25 Ltrs capacity as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge . |
| 10 | S&F in replacement of thermostate for the geysers 25 Ltrs capacity as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge . |
| 11 | S&F in replacement of safety valve/high pressure valve 15mm, ISI marked as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 12 | S&F in replacement of the insulating material i. e. glass wool complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge . |
| 13 | S&F in replacement of chromium plated copper connecting pipe 450 mm long with two brass nut and nylon washer suitable for 15mm dia pipe and connecting up complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge . |
| 14 | S&F in replacement of heavy duty PVC connecting pipe with brass adapters 450 mm long suitable for 15 mm dia pipe and fixing in position complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 15 | S&F in replacement of 1100 Volts grade cable flexible, 3 core PVC insulated, PVC sheathed with stranded copper conductor of size 2.5 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 16 | S&F in replacement of single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 32 Amp complete all as specified and as directed by Engr–in-Charge. |
| 17 | S&F in replacement of top cover made of MS sheet, suitable for 25 ltrs geysers, 20 SWG duly painted with two coats of super enamel paint by spray painting complete all as specified and as directed in Engr–in-Charge. |
| 18 | S&F in replacement of bottom cover made of MS sheet, suitable for 25 ltrs geysers, 20 SWG duly painted with two coats of super enamel paint by spray painting complete all as specified and as directed in Engr–in-Charge. |
| 19 | S&F in replacement of indicating lamp red or green as per geyser suitability complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 20 | S&F in replacement of outer body made/fabricated of 22 gauge MS sheet for Geysers of 25 Litres capacity duly painted with spray paint with clamps 2 Nos of size 15mm x 3mm thick with necessary nut and bolts complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 21 | S&F in repalcement of stop cock, cast copper alloy, fancy type, long shank and cup, chromium plated, hot or cold marked , with crutch or butter fly handle, screwed down, high pressure for iron pipe/fittings or for brass ferrule, of size 15mm bore dia all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
