Taking down chowkats or frames exc 4 sq m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sq m but not exceeding 4sq m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame), complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of UPVC ( Unplastisized Poly-Vinyl Chloride ) Fixed Shutter, multi chamfered and stiffened / reinforced framed windows using profile sections conforming to EN-12608 112mm x 52mm x 2.3mm (±0.2mm) size sections alround as main frames and shutters made with the profile sections of size 68mm x 42mm, including the cost and fixing of 2 layered 5mm thick clear Toughened glass in shutters and SS Mesh in mesh shutters of size 60mm x 35mm with necessary glazed beadings, EPDM gaskets, the corners of all the profiles of frames and shutters shall be homogeneously fusion heat welded without any gaps. The shutters shall have touch lock and handles, beadings and other associated fittings to facilitate smooth operation. Both the Frame and the Shutters shall be Reinforced with GI Profiles of thickness 1.25mm. Fixing the window unit to the existing masonry with anchor fasteners as required.The gaps between the window frames and masonry walls shall be filled with silicon(Dowsil) or with any other suitable filler materials by the installation team at site, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 18- 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms including edge moulding, machine polish to edge as required including 20mm thick screed bed on brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:4 and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement in external surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing new plastered surface of wall and providing material and labour for applying 1 mm thick wall care putty and applying two coats of distemper oil bound over alkali resistant primer,complete all as specified and as directed. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
