M&L for Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks old size , straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:4 in and including demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc for the area where unservicable bricks retrived and removal of rubbish outside MoD land , complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors/ dado, aprons laid bedded and pointed in any mortar etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick, PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring finished even & fair to receive the bedding mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L first quality, non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick, joint free (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc. .06 Sqm but n. exc. 0.11 Sqm, laid in floors with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/ Square metre over and including 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic (digital glossy finish) coloured tiles 350mm x 450mm x 8 mm thick, joint free on vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/ colour cement to match over laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Double charged vitrified ceramic coloured tiles 9 to 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm as in floorswith neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/ Square metre over and including 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.
