No extra payment shall be made on account of collection of complaint.(ii) The safailwala shall come on daily basis with necessary equipments as reqd to carry out the necessary complaints. Non availability of equipments in any case will not be admissible . (iii) Complaint must be completed within 24 hours without any fail otherwise recovery shall be made double the market rate to the contractor. (iv) Line cleaning upto 1st manhole to be paid for separately under separate item in the BOQ |

Note :- Desludging and dewatering of Manholes for the line under cleaning to be measured and paid for separately under respective items of the BOQ as per the depth of manholes. |

| 14 | Taking out muddy/ sewage water from manholes, soakage pit/ septic tanks of any size, depth and capacity by using of mechanical sewage/ mud water disposal pump set and dispossed off muddy/ sewage water in a closed container vehicle to a distance outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- All labour and T&P i.e. sewage water pump set, diesel, transportation of pump set from one place to other place, suction pipe, delivery pipe and manpower, prepair approach to working site/ point etc required for above work, shall be deemed included in unit rates quoted by the contractor and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. |
| 15 | Removing Blockage of SGSW / NP2 pipe line of any description with help of mechanically operated nozzle machine to clean sewage line block due to accumulation of sludge/ unwanted materials/etc which leads unhygeinic condition , stored sewage water/ effluent (liquid/ semi liquid) should be pumping out/ bailing out from the manholes or water inflow caused by spring or tidal or river seepage or broken water mains or drains and the like pumping out with nozzle machine/diesel driven gen set into closed containers & delivering the same outside defence land complete all as specified. |
| 16 | Checking and attending complaints of PVC/CI pipes any dia leakage from bends,clamping the vertical stacks,jointing the leakages from bends , & other fittings/fixtures which is causing obstruction to sewage/waste water flow in PVC/CI stacks including carrying out minor repairs such as replacement of jointning material, or any other repair not mentioned herein before etc to make the PVC/CI functional and leak proof to the satisfaction of the occupants/users under the jurisdiction of AGE B/R Nagtalao Note: (i) Contractor or his authorised representative collect such type of complaints from AGE B/R Nagtalao complaint cell at 8.30 AM on daily except Sunday & Holiday. No extra payment shall be made on account of collection of complaint.(ii) Complaints must be completed with in 24 hrs without any fail otherwise recovery shall be made double the market rate to the contractor. (iii) Any new items like bends , pipes ,clamps , access doors, cowl etc to be replaced if required while carrying out these complaints should be replaced under the respective schedules under the BOQ and will be paid for separatley in addition to this item. | 17 | Plugging minor leakages of SGSW/ RCC pipes 150 mm bore to 300 mm bore pipes by carefully detecting leakage, cleaning outer surface of pipes and plugging with cement mortar 1:2 and/ or PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 including rubber packing as required at site all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- Excavation, returning filling & removal of surplus soil shall be measured and paid for separately under respective Items).
