However, the work shall be executed as per approved design and price adjustment shall be done only for variation (plus or minus) in quantity of binder priced at supply only rate of bitumen (as per purchase voucher of main producer). |

Note: The quantity of bitumen shall be provided as per Design mix approved by GE. (The cost of transportation of the material to the Govt approved lab and design mix charges shall be borne by the contractor). for the purpose of quoting, the contractor shall consider 5.5% binder by weight of total mix. | 5 | S&F retro reflective sign board of size 120cm x 80cm or 80cm x 120cm (not exc 12 Sqft), rectangular or pentagonal shape, fixed both sides on board made out of aluminium composite panel (ACP) sheet 3mm thick fixed on SS-304 series hollow tubular section, 38mm dia 2 mm thick. A 20 mm square tube of 1.25 mm thick of SS series 304 (not exc 450mm c/c) to be fixed on both ways to support the ACP boards. The board shall be sheated with high intensity retor reflective sheet of blue colour or any colour as approved by GE, computerised designed writting letter/figures in (Block, Roman, Italic style or in Indian languages where required)/ index hands (natural size)/ arrows/ stops/ commas/ short lines/ dashes/ hypens bracket, holograms etc where necessary shall be made high intensity reflective sheet with in white colour letter, shape and sizes as required and approved by GE. The sigh board to be supported on 2 nos post of 60mm dia and 2.5 mm to 3.0 mm thick SS pipes of SS 304 series, exc 3 m and not exc 4 m in heigh with round moulded design cap on top. Pipes of the boards to be fixed in ground with PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in post holes of size 45cm x 45cm x 75 cm depth (post holes and concrete includes in the rates) all as specified and directed by GE. |

Reflective bands protected with welded wire mesh cage embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate (size of block 30cm x 30cm x 30cm), complete, all as directed. |

LEDs, solar - cells, battery & light sensor well protected in side under tough unbreakable polycarbonate transparent sheet roof. System workable for 2-3 days (nights) after full charge in 8-10 hours. |
