| 7 | Notes for Ser item No 1 to 6 (1)The contractor shall keep the sewage lines functional throughout the contract period. The unit rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be inclusive this aspect. (2) The contractor or his authorized representative shall attend the office on every working day to take complaints from AGE/JE (Maint) and rectify the complaints commpletely on the same day . If the contractor failed to rectify the complaint on the same day , a recovery of Rs 200.00 per complaint per day till rectification of complaint will be levied . 3. The contractor shall also provide 02 Persons to AGE B/R-I from 0900 Hrs to 1700 Hrs even on sundays and holidays to attend emergency complaints. No extra payment shall be admitted for working on Sunday/Holidays. |
