| 1 | Dismantling of 3-ph induction motor of 100 HP (Make : Kirloskar) from multistage pump after disconnection of mechanical star/tyre coupling and unbolting from foundation base plate,disconnection of electric connection from terminal, loading/unloading the motor to vehicle and transportation of the motor from Singarsi (Air Force Station) to workshop (outside) for repair / replacement, open the motor and cutting the burnt winding and clean the rotor & stator with CTC or other cleaning agent and re-winding of stator winding with super enamelled copper wire of gauge and turn as per existing, insulating the leads with insulating tubes and varnishing the stator with good quality of insulating varnish and after that, heating the stator in heat chamber for continuous two days for better insulation resistance. Re-assembling the stator & rotor carefully after replacement of worn out bearings as per existing and again transportation of the motor through vehicle from workshop (outside) to Singarsi (Air Force Station) including loading/unloading the motor on its base frame, connection of motor with pump with star/tyre coupling and fixing to the base frame by bolts incl super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge / size / quality to match with the existing as comply with Indian Standard Specification.
