| 5 | Performing pre-commissioning Tan delta test on HV & LV bushings of Transformer before erection of 63 MVA TFs using standard testing kits with valid caliberation certificate. Note: Any other test required by TF manufacturer will be under scope of contractor. |
| 6 | Complete Erection of 132/33KV, 63 MVA Transformer including Radiators,conservator tank,Bushings,Connecting pipe lines, Cooling Fans, M.Box, OTI,WTI ,capillary etcincluding shifting from storage place to erection site. |
| 7 | Top up of fresh Transformer oil from Transformer oil drums in Main tank, consevator tank,up to required level |
| 8 | Centrifuging/Dehydration of the complete Transformer oil of 63 MVA Transformer by ultra high vacuum oil filtration plant(Min 9KL capacity) after connecting the centrifuging pipes with Transformer tank to oil filtration plant. Including taking the BDV & PPM(Kit must be latest calibration date) values of oil and megger values of the Transformer periodically till the required value is achieved. Including filling and topping up of the Transformer oil under vacuum in Main tank , Radiator , Conservator tank etc. and attending the oil leakages if any, will all cost of centrifuging machine , CFM operator , Lubricant and new filters etc. |
| 9 | Performing complete of Transformer with standard Testing equipments with valid calibration certificate. Following tests are to be completed.(a) Tan delta & capacitance measurment at standard frequency.(b) Low voltage testing of Transformer including magnetic balance, magnetizing current, open ckt, short ckt, WRM, vector group, core insulation,IR testing,along with submission of complete test report |
| 10 | Sampling & testing of T/F oil at CPRI or any other NABL testing lab including cost of transportation of sample in standard sampling bottles (adequate no. of bottles to be arranged by contractor). Samples to be taken at following intervals:1. Before filling in T/F main tank & OLTC-02 samples.2. Before charging, at top and bottom of main tank & OLTC- 05 samples.Following tests to be performed:i. BDVii. PPMiii. Tan deltaiv. Resistivityv. Interfacial tension.vi. Particle countvii. DGA(one job for each sample.)Note: Any other tests required by T/F manufacturer shall be under scope of contractor. |
| 11 | Making 02Nos Delta for neutral earthing by due fabrication of 03Nos Electrodes having 3mtr length of 36/40mm round bar ,its piercing under the ground at equal distance of 3mtr below 700mm ground level and connecting electrodes in triangle shape by 75x10mm MS Flat along with connecting with existing earth grid at X& Y electrode as per approved drawing with due care and safety. Welding joints must be paitned with black colour after proper cleaning of jointing surface. |
| 12 | Earthing of main tank of the Transformer, RTCC Panel, Marshalling box, drive mechanism of the cooling fans etc.of 63 MVA Transformer with the help of 50 x 6 mm / 75 x 10 mm size M S flat (to be provided by Department), its jointing with already laid earthmat and necessary modification in existing support for earthing of Neutral bushing and then painting of earthing strips as per technical specification/ standard practices . |
| 13 | Erection of 63 MVA Transformer RTCC Panel including Shifting from storage place to C&R Room as per direction of site Engineer. |
| 14 | Jumpering of HV & LV Bushing of 63 MVA Transformer through 132 K.V and 33 K.V LAs with the help of existing/ newly prepared ACSR Twin Moose Conductor respectively with associated Terminal Connectors and P.G Clamps etc. to connect with 132 KV & 33 KV Bus Bars/ CTs 1 Job for each Transformer. |
| 15 | Connection of the Cables as per new cables schedule of 63 MVA Transformer & its RTCC Panel at both ends and Control & Relay Panel, Cooling Fans, Marshalling Box etc using existing Cables including Laying of additional Control Cables (if required) making necessary holes in the Glands Plates or Box whereever required. Supply & fixing of cable Glands of appropriate size providing of Ferrules as per site/requirement and Termination and connection of all existing/new Control Cables at RTCC & Transformer end and C&R end as per standard practice & all other associated work as per Technical Specification 1 Job for each Transformer. |
