Rewinding, overhauling, testing and commissioning of 40 HP, 415 V, 3-phase squirrel cage induction motor including dismantling, removal of existing burnt/damaged winding, stator core inspection and rectification of minor defects, removal of burrs/high spots, rewinding with Class-F/H super enamelled copper conductor as per original winding data, replacement of slot insulation, wedges, sleeves and binding materials, varnish impregnation and oven baking, replacement of DE & NDE bearings, rotor inspection and dynamic balancing, correction of minor rubbing marks/scratches, reassembly, insulation resistance and winding resistance testing, no-load trial run, vibration and temperature monitoring, transportation, installation and commissioning complete in all respects.
