Three MS plates of 50 x 5 mm. thick, back plate duty welded with 75 mm dia steel tubes back on edges as per drawings. The upper and lowe plate will be welded with MS flat iron frame of 50mm x 5 mm. The steel tubes dully embeded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocksw of 600mm x 600 mm x 750 mm below ground level. All MS will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with redimixed synthetic enamel paint of superor quality in required shade and colour. All selection of framed posts and steel tubes will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxupaint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure - 1700.1. |
