| 1 | A. Building Type Structure1. Conducting detailed topographical & contour survey using Total Station/GPS including mapping of natural & man-made features, contour interval 0.5m (hilly terrain) / 1m (plain area), preparation of site plan in AutoCAD, submission of digital contour map complete. 2. Soil Investigation & Geotechnical Study including boreholes upto required depth, SPT, collection of samples, laboratory testing, determination of safe bearing capacity, settlement analysis, groundwater table assessment and submission of detailed geotechnical report with foundation recommendations. 3.Concept architectural planning including site analysis, initial sketches, space planning and submission of concept plan. 4.Detailed architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, submission drawings, and approval drawings as per local bylaws complete. 5.3D visualization including exterior views (max 3 views) for presentation purpose. 6.Structural design including foundation design (based on soil report), columns, beams, slabs, staircase, retaining walls, truss/roofing system (if applicable), seismic analysis (as per IS 1893), preparation of detailed structural drawings with reinforcement detailing. Design shall comply with relevant IS codes. Structural calculation sheets (soft copy) must be submitted. Consultant responsible for design adequacy. 7.Electrical design including load calculation, layout plans, SLD, earthing plan complete. 8.Plumbing & sanitation design including water supply, drainage layout & septic/STP planning (if required). 9. Preparation of Detailed Project Report including project background, architectural & structural drawings, cost estimate based on latest SOR, detailed BOQ, specifications, bar chart/PERT chart, scheme compliance note, and compilation of all documents for submission to competent authority 10. Preparation of Preliminary Detailed Project Report (Pre-DPR) for building project including site reconnaissance, preliminary Total Station / GPS survey (where required), contour mapping, concept architectural layout, preliminary space planning, identification of structural system (RCC / Steel / Truss roofing etc.), approximate foundation type based on nearby soil data or limited trial pits (if available), rough quantity take-off, preparation of abstract cost estimate based on prevailing SOR, preliminary BOQ, concept drawings(plans & elevations), bar chart/PERT chart, scheme compliance note, and submission of Pre-DPR to competent authority for administrative approval complete. |
| 2 | B.Road Type1. Conducting detailed geotechnical investigation for road alignment including preliminary site econnaissance, drilling of boreholes upto required depth (minimum 10m or till hard strata), conducting SPT at regular intervals, collection of disturbed & undisturbed samples, laboratory testing (CBR, grain size, Atterberg limits, shear parameters, etc.), determination of safe bearing capacity, slope stability analysis (where applicable), groundwater table assessment, and submission of comprehensive geotechnical report with pavement & foundation design recommendations complete in all respects. Borehole spacing and slope stability shall be as per IRC guidelines.Payment shall be made only after submission of signed geotechnical report with lab test certificates 2. Conducting detailed topographical survey using Total Station/GPS including alignment fixing, contour mapping (max 0.5m interval in hilly terrain), preparation of L-Section, cross-sections at 20m interval (or closer in difficult terrain), identification of utilities, preparation of KML file, submission of AutoCAD drawings & soft copies complete.In hilly / snow-bound / difficult terrain, cross-sections must reflect actual slope. 3. Conducting classified traffic survey (minimum 7 days), axle load data collection (if required), traffic growth projection, and preparation of traffic analysis report. 4.Design of minor cross drainage works (culverts upto 6m span) including hydraulic calculation, structural design & drawings complete. Designs must reference relevant IRC codes. Soft copy of design calculations shall be submitted. Consultant responsible for design adequacy. 5. Preparation of Detailed Project Report including project background, survey findings, design basis report, detailed cost estimate (SOR-based & non-SOR analysis), BOQ, structural drawings, technical specifications, environmental considerations, bar chart/PERT chart, and scheme compliance (NABARD/CRIF/PMGSY etc.) complete for submission to competent authority. 6. Preparation of tender documents including NIT, bid document, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications. |
| 3 | C.BRIDGE TYPE1.Detailed topographic survey including river cross-sections (minimum 3 cross-sections: upstream, centreline, downstream), fixing of HFL, mapping of catchment area, preparation of contour map and submission of drawings in AutoCAD & GIS format complete.2. Hydrological study including rainfall data analysis, flood frequency analysis, determination of design discharge (25/50/100 year return period as applicable), HFL verification, scour depth calculation as per IRC:5, and submission of hydrology report. 3.Geotechnical investigation including boreholes upto required depth, SPT, laboratory testing, determination of safe bearing capacity and soil parameters for foundation design complete.Borehole depth shall extend upto hard strata or as required for pile design 4. Substructure Design including foundation (open/pile/well foundation as applicable), abutments, piers, wing walls, return walls, approach slab design and preparation of detailed structural drawings with reinforcement details. 5. Superstructure Design including deck slab / RCC girder / PSC girder / steel girder system as applicable, bearing design, expansion joints and preparation of detailed structural drawings complete. 6. Preparation of General Arrangement Drawing (GAD) and structural design report complete. Designs must comply with relevant IRC & IS codes. Structural calculation sheets (soft copy) mandatory. Consultant responsible for structural safety & adequacy. 7. Preparation of Detailed Project Report including site data, hydrology report, structural design report, cost estimate based on latest SOR, detailed BOQ, specifications, construction methodology, bar chart/PERT chart, environmental & scheme compliance note and submission to competent authority complete 8. Preparation of tender documents including NIT, eligibility criteria and technical specifications. 9. Preparation of Preliminary Detailed Project Report (Pre-DPR) for bridge work including reconnaissance survey, preliminary Total Station survey of river cross-section, identification of tentative bridge alignment, preliminary hydrological assessment based on available rainfall & flood data, tentative HFL marking, approximate design discharge estimation, preliminary foundation concept (open/pile/well), rough structural scheme selection (RCC/PSC/Steel), preparation of concept General Arrangement Drawing (GAD), approximate quantity take-off, abstract cost estimate based on SOR, preliminary BOQ, bar chart/PERT chart, and submission of complete Pre-DPR for administrative approval.
