Make :- TATA / ADANI/ WARREE/ VIKRAM/ MAHINDRA or Equivalent make from ALMM, List I of MNRE with solar cells manufactured in INDIA.Note: Solar PV cell (based on crystalline-silicon technology) shall be considered to be domestically manufactured only if the same has been manufactured in India, using undiffused silicon wafer (generally called 'Black Wafer'), classifiable under Customs Tariff Head 3818 and all steps/processes required for manufacturing solar PV cell from the undiffused silicon wafer have been carried out in India. |
| 2 | Supply, installation & Erection of suitable height as directed by engineer in charge module mounting structure with required accessories for panel mounting [Material: Hot-dip galvanized mild steel (minimum 80μm zinc coating)] suitable for 40KW roof top solar power plant . Column’s and Rafters with digging, cementing and Panel laying (STADD PRO -180KMPH WIND), structure standard for solar panels. Structure shall be mounted using RCC/PCC blocks. MS mounting structures may be used for mounting the modules/ panels/arrays. Each structure should have angle of inclination as per the site conditions to take maximum insolation, including structure with suitable ladder & walkway of MS chequered plate, 600 mm width, load capacity 150 kg/m² & Ladder: GI/MS, 450 mm width with handrails. It has to follow IS safety standards. It should include water pipelines, fittings, jets,valves & pump of suitable capacity with electric cable and connection complete for cleaning of solar panels with accessories. |
| 3 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Grid Tied String Inverter suitable for 40 KW (output capacity) solar power plants, 415V AC, 50Hz, respectively at given load condition), IP 68 out door wall mounting, with efficiency not less than 98% confirming to IEC 600682-2/vde standards with multifunctional LED indications with alarm and complying the following:-(1) Operating frequency/ range - 50 Hz (49 to 51 Hz), Grid Frequency Synchronization range ± 1 Hz or more (shall also be compatible for Synchronization with DG Set) Waveform- Sine Wave Harmonics AC side total.(2) Ripple DC voltage ripple content shall not be more than1%(3) Harmonic current distortion (<3%) |
| 4 | (4) The bench marking efficiency criteria for the Grid tied ( central/string) inverter • At nominal voltage and full load is >95% • For load >25% is >94%. (5) No load losses should not be more than 5%.Power Factor > 0.9 complete all as specified and directed by the engineer- in- charge. (6) It shall have MPPT conditional & protection system and fan cooling ventilators complete all as specified and directed by the engineer- in- charge. (7) Inverter should have internal protection arrangements against any sustainable fault in feeder line and against the lightning on feeder. (8) Inverter generated harmonics, flicker, DC injection limits, voltage, frequency range and anti-islanding measures should follow latest guide lines/ IEC/ BIS codes. |

| 6 | DCDB, ACDB & three phase bidirection energy meter as per description mentioned below.(a) Supply, installation connection & testing of AC DB shall be metal clad, totally enclosed, rigid,wall mounted, air ventilated, cubical type suitable for operation on three phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, for 40 KW solar power plant with type 2 SPD NVR & contactor having provision of incoming & outgoing armoured cable). The panels shall be designed for minimum expected ambient temperature of 45 degree Celsius, 80 percent humidity and dusty weather. All indoor panels will have protection of IP54 or better. All outdoor panels will have protection of IP65 or better. All the 415 volts devices / equipment like bus bar support insulators, circuit breakers, SPDs, VTs etc., mounted inside the switchgear shall be suitable for continuous operation and satisfactory performance - 1 No. |
| 7 | (b) Supply, installation, connection & testing of DC DB, IP65 Panel shall be metal clad, totally enclosed, rigid, wall mounted, air ventilated, with suitable current rating, 1000 Volts string fuses, DC MCB of 80 Amp, 1000 Volts & DC SPD 1000 Volts as per DC input rating of invertor - 1 No.(c) S & F FRP (Hensel or equivalent make) /PP/ ABS with dust, water and vermin proof provided with proper locking arrangements. Series / Array Junction Box (SJB/AJB) (whichever is required): All the arrays of the modules shall be connected to DC DB. AJB shall have terminals of bus-bar arrangement of appropriate size. | 12 | The Electrode should be tested in MSME Govt of India. The Electrode should be tested for Salt Spray Test as per BIS 117-09 for Corrosion for minimum 500hrs. Along with 2 bags of 25kgs each of Earth Enhancing Compound. The chemical compound should be tested and certified by any NABL accredited and BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) accredited laboratory. The testing laboratory should be ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 certified. The earth enhancing compound should be tested referring to protocol IS 1350 & IEC62321/111/54/CDV. The pH value of compound should be between 7 to 8. The content of mercury (Hg) & Hex chromium should be below detection level.
