Rendering 15 mm thick in CM(1:4) on fair faces of bricks or concrete surface finished even smoth without extra cement etc complete all as specified.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregates) in mass concrete or in smilar work complete all as spd and directed.

M & L cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping and mass concrete to be laid in required slope or in similar wks where required complete all as specified.

M&L in repair providing and laying at or near along road/path, factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old or new surfaces of kerb stone and applying two coat of UV resistant synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling or removal of settled Bricks/ Interlocking block any thickness (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in path, floors, channels, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer) laid dry and pointed complete all as specified and directed

M&L for full body coarstone vitrified tile of approved shade approx 15 mm thick (square/rectangular) of size 600 mm x 600 mm as in pathway floors/skirtings etc. over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with shade of tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Granite work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) 20mm including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with granite complete all as specified and directed.
