| 1 | To make operational flood control room situated at DDA office Rohini, Delhi by providing one Supervisor/ Mate in each shift, round the clock i.e. 3 shifts. All the phone calls to be received regarding water logging the area under the jurisdiction of Rohini Zone and to intimate the concern site Engineer immediately to avoid flooding condition in the area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Nothing extra shall be provided for Night shift.). Each mate per shift (8 hour) |
| 2 | Supplying of cement bag filled with sand which is capable in stopping water and properly stitching of bags mouth i/c stacking at DDA office complex, Deepali Chowk, Rohini & transport it to site all complete as per directions of Engineer in-charge. |
| 3 | Engaging and installation of pump set of 4000 liters / hour capacity for dewatering the storm water discharge and its disposal taking all safety precautions.Note: 1. In this item, pump rates includes cost of services of operating staff, diesel/petrol/kerosene oil, lubricating oil, repair of pump sets, if required watch and ward, shifting operation of pump as and when required, labour and barricading wherever and whenever required i/c T&P etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Nothing extra shall be provided for Night shift.) |
| 4 | Running and operating of High Capacity Pump i.e. 38 HP to dewatering of flooded / water logged areas under the jurisdiction of RMD-1 on \\"as and when\\" requirement basis including cost of operator, labour, diesel, suction pipe upto 30 M, delivery pipe upto 100 M, watch & ward and other consumable items of the pump shall be born by the contractor. Nothing extra will be provided on this account.(Nothing extra shall be provided for Night shift.)Note: 1. Pump will be provided by the department free of cost from Deepali chowk office 2. If any damage/defects occurs to the pump while in custody of the agency, the agency shall either get those damaged/defects rectified at his own cost or recovery shall be made from bills of the agency on actual cost basis. |
