Providing laying ,spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadum specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant,carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layer with paver in sub-base/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including hire & running charges of VRR with cost, conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of labour ,T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primer coat tack coat with bitumen emulsion using pressure distributor @ 0.60 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom including hire & running charges of machineries , cost , conveyance , all other taxes and charges of bitumen , cost of all labour , T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using pressure distributor @ 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom including hire & running charges of machineries , cost , conveyance , all other taxes and charges of bitumen , cost of all labour , T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with 100 to 120 TPH batch type HMP producting and average out of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premix with penetration grade of bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work laying with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandom roller to achieve the desired compaction as per cluse No 508 of MOSRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including hire & running charges of Machineries with cost, conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of labour ,T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge..

Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam of 50mm/75mm thick with Hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen , trasported to site , laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 504 of MOSRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including hire & running charges of Machineries with cost, conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of labour ,T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
