Andhra Cement Ltd., KCP) : 3 River Sand} 6mm thick final rendering including addition of approved integrated waterproofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s Specifications for the base coat of make M/s. Fosroc/Demech/ Huntsman/ Pidilite/ SIKA Qualcrete / MBT/Sunanda Chemicals, making necessary grooves, bands, drip moulds, etc., as required, double steel/tubular scaffolding wherever necessary, curing, etc., complete as specified and directed. |
| 6 | Painting with 3 coats ( including a coat of cement primer of approved make) of antifungal Acrylic emulsion paint having 100% acrylic with silicon additives of Asian paints (Ultima) or equivalent quality paint from /Berger/Nerolac makes of first quality and required shade over walls, ceilings etc., including scaffolding, preparing the surface smooth by scrapping, sand papering, necessary repairs to scratches, filling in crevices, holes and cracks etc., with approved filler etc., complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | Steel work (Hot finished seamless type tubes) in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. |
| 8 | Supply and fixing of readymade Turfing grass , Cost including material, Transport & all in complete with suitable border plant, cost includes manpowerr material, tools & tackles etc all in complete as directed by EIC |

(Note: Earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for voids for the purpose of payment) |
