| 2 | Supply and installation of Double skin modular wall panels made of 0.8mm thick GI powder coated sheets on both sides with PUF of density 40±2kg/m³ as infill, GI profiles for reinforcement along the periphery, floor track suitable to accommodate the epoxy floor flush with wall panel. Joint shall be sealed with cleanroom compatible silicon sealant. The Thickness of Panel shall 80mm with Riser Panel arrangement (Including Prefilter, Damper & Riser Grill - all clean room compliant) wherever required as per the instruction of Engineer In charge and as per approved drawing. The panels should certified for use in clean room facility with 60 minutes fire resistance certification. Including providing and fixing of PVC conduit 32 mm in the wall panels and Factory made cut-outs concealed in wall panel for Electrical sockets, switch boards, MGs, etc. Including provision of Vision Glass Panel made from 6mm thick Toughened Glass completely sealed with appropriate sealant for the size in the drawing and completely integrated to the wall panels as perthe drawings and instruction from Engineer incharge. |
| 3 | Supply and installation of 46 mm thick doors made with PU painted 0.8mm thick GPSP sheets on both sides with PUF as infill, 1.2 mm thick GPSP powder coated sturdy door frames, hardware like SS push plate, SS 'D' handle on both sides, SS ball bearing butt hinges, Stainless steel push plates on push side. - SS 304 ( With Engraving ), Double glazed view panel of std.size , Dorma TS-71 Std.arm door closure for active leaf, concealed flush bolt for double door and provision for automatic bottom drop seal, Stainless Steel kick plates SS 304 etc. Item includes cost of supply and installation of all accessories and fixtures as mentioned above excluding door interlock and door access control and should be clean room compliant fixtures. Alongwith provision of toughened Vision glass/View Panel with 30mm thick border and silicon sealant if required flushed with door and Automatic door bottom seal. Includes provision of door frame. |
