(b) After approval of paint manufracturer and product brand, the contractor shall produce a \\"Memorandum of Understanding\\" (MoU) between contractor, applicator and the manufacturer within 28 days from the award of tender date or before commencement date of work wherein the manufacturer shall own the responsibility of use premium quality products in adequate quality and workmanship. The Contractor shall also produce purchase Vouchers/Invoice for all product/material utilised in work for their full quantity and Engineer-in-charge shall ensure to kept in record duly defaced & verified. (c) Sanding of surfaces shall be carried out by mechanical sander having speed 1500–2700 RPM with internal dust extraction system to maintain clean environment and certified by paint manufacturer. |
