M&L Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunkensurfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface gunny bags to remove with all loose dirt etc, applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sq metre using paving bitumen VG-10 grade in semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 with minimum 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with vibratory roller exc. 8 to 12 tonne, incl. seal coat coumpound spread & rammed all as specified.

M&L premix bituminous macadam (\\"Grade II\\" as specified in MORTH specification Para 504), laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 50-75mm) using paving bitumen VG-30 grade as binder minimum 4.0% by weight to total mix, mixed in hot mix plant and laid by mechanical paver and rolled to a uniform smooth surface and rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 12 tonnes articulated tandem roller (Double drum vibratory roller) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 15cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed.Make:- Cat Part No GSR 606 of Make 3M or Road star or Dark Eye

M&L brick work with sub class \\"B\\" old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exec 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 incl. demolition of old wk complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 100mm Thick Cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in Plinth Protection etc. incl necessary cleaning & preapration undulating surface complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Note :- (i) Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material.
