1	ALMIRAH MEDIUM STEEL (FD-1032 )
2	CP Handle : Removing of old unserviceable handles from Almirah medium steel and S&F new CP steel handle of exisiting size to Almirah medium steel all as shown on drawing and as directed.
3	Lock : Removing of old unserviceable lock from Almirah medium steel and S&F new lock of approved make, 06 lever with two keys to Almirah medium steel all as shown on drawing and as directed.
4	Locking Device : M&L for locking device and lock bar as required and as directed by Engr-in-Charge to Almirah med steel including making adjustment of door shutter & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer after preparation of surfaces complete with spray machine all as shown on drawing and as directed.
5	Legs : Removing of old unserviceable leg from Almirah med steel and S&F new leg made out of 1mm thick MS black sheet (PBI) of existing size, shape and welding at appropriate points all as directed by Enger-in-Charge
6	All as per Sr.item No. 1.04 here-in -before but bottom sheet of Almirah medium steel.

8	Removing of old unserviceable butt hinges of Almirah medium steel and S&F new butt hinges 75 mm long and adjusting door by revitting / welding complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.
9	M&L for refixing of loose shelves with mild steel revitting /spot welding complete all as directed.
10	S & F 02 Nos of nylon bufferrs at the bottom of each legs with MS bolt.
11	BED HARD STEEL FD/E6/MAP/08 (R)
12	Removing of old and unserviceable Plytop from Bed Hard and S&F of new 12mm thick plytop of suitable size, BWP IS:710 of approved quality with 10 Nos stainless steel half round nnuts & bolts all as shown on drawing and as directed. (Make of Plywood : Greenply Gold 2.0/Archid Ply Gold/Century ply (Architect Ply).
13	Removing of old unserviceable head board from Bed Hard and S&F new head board made of 18 mm thick Plywood BWP Grade both laminated with colour/ shade approved by GE/ Engr-in-Chrge. All as per size and design shown on drawing and as directed.
14	All as per Sr.item No. 2.02 here-in-before but foot board of Bed hard.
15	S&F in replacement hard rubber shoes at each corner of long rail of Bed hard steel all as shown on drg.
16	S&F in replacement hard rubber shoes at the top of leg of of Bed hard steel all as shown on drg.
17	S&F in replacement hard rubber shoes at the bottom of leg of Bed hard steel all as shown on drg.
18	Welding to broken joints of bed hard all as directed .
19	LOCKER BED SIDE STEEL (FD-257/1029)
20	Replacement of old unserviceable hasp and staple with new 100mm long MS chromium plated hasp and staple all as shown drg and as directed.
21	Replacement of old unserviceable bow handle with new 100mm long CP steel bow handle all as shown on drg and as directed.
22	Replacement of unserviceable conduit pipe with new CP steel conduit pipe of siutable size of 20mm dia having wall thickness 1.25mm to locker steel.
23	Replacement of unserviceable socket with new aluminium socket/brackets suitable for MS 20mm dia conduit pipes.
24	Removing of old unserviceable foot rest from locker bed side steel and supply and fixing new foot rest made out of 1mm thick MS black sheet (PBI) of existing size, shape and welding at appropriate points and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade with spray machine over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaces complete all as directed.

67	Powder Coating : All CRCA steel surfaces shall undergo mandatory pre-treatment consisting of degreasing, derusting, water rinse, phosphating & passivation. Powder coating shall be pure epoxy/ epoxy-polyester hybrid with minimum film thickness 60-80 microns, cured at manufacturer-recommended temperature, achieving smooth, high gloss finish equivalent to Godrej trade finish, Shade shall be dual/ contrast as approved by GE.
68	Replacement of Hard rubber/PVC shoes as per drg complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge
