| 1 | Providing and fitting of 300 mm nominal dia, 6 mm thick (with ± tolerance), mild steel ERW Pipe piece. The pipe shall be duly coated with steel primer and two coats of black bituminous paint. The pipe piece is to be fitted overhead on the delivery side of the pumping unit to replace the wornout pipe. The job is to be executed by way of cutting and welding work at site to align perfectly with the existing alignment of the system. Extra cutting and welding if any required at site for perfect fitment and alignment as per site conditions to make the pipe line leakproof is also included in the job. Job also includes all types of handling like dragging etc from road site to actual site of execution of job through uneven and hilly terrain. | 11 | Replacement of above dismantled pipe piece by way of Providing and fitting of 300 mm nominal dia, 6mm thick (with ± tolerance), mild steel ERW Pipe piece of 6mtr long. The pipe piece shall be duly coated with steel primer and two coats of black enamel paint. The pipe piece is to be fitted above head at the delivery side of the 10 cusec capacity pump. Extra cutting and welding if any required at site for perfect fitment and alignment as per site conditions to make the pipe line leakproof is also included in the job. Job also includes all types of handling like dragging etc from road site (upper contour) to actual site of execution of job (which is at lower contour). All tools and tackles like welding machine, welding generator, gas cutter with gas cylenders, tripod stands and chain pulley block etc along with required lubes and fuels shall have to be provided by the firm. | 15 | Replacement of damaged 300 mm nominal dia Delivery side MS Bend of the same pumping unit of same scheme by way of Fabrication, providing and fitting of MS, 90° smooth easy bend duly flanged on both ends. The bend shall be fabricated out of MS Pipe/ Sheet having thickness not less than 5 mm duly painted with 2 coats of red oxide steel primer and 2 coats of black paint. The thickness of the flanges shall not be less than 10 mm. The flanges to be provided and fitted with the bend shall be in match with the flanges already fitted at site to which the bend is to be jointed. The Bend shall be fabricated strictly as per the sample of available damaged bend at site to avoid any extra modifications at site, however, if any required for proper completion of the job at site as per site conditions is also included in the scope of job. | 18 | Replacement of fully damaged foot valves of Unit No 2nd & 3rd at LI/DWS Yechgeeru by way ofFabrication, Providing, Shifting and fitting of MS flanged foot valve of nominal dia as 300 mm with following main specifications: Bell mouth diameter = Standard, Overall length= standard Body thickness = 6mm, Thickness of seat plate = 16mm Thickness of flange = 12mm. The foot valve shall be provided and fitted with strainer fabricated out of 12mm square bars 300mm length and 50mm mesh gauge. The foot valve shall be duly coated with 2 coats of red oxide steel primer and 2 coats of Black Bituminous paint.
