Providing and applying tack coat with rapid setting bitumen emulsion on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface including cleaning with mechanical broom and spraying bitumen emulsion @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm using mechanical means as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501.5.2 & 503 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying compacted Bituminous Macadam (Grading-II) with Batch Mix Hot Mix Plant using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 (VG-30) penetration grade of bitumen, transporting to work site, laying over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibtratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501 & 504 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
