Systematic maintenance of Railway track in the private railway siding of FCI for all items as included in the technical specifications para 3.0 to 3.9. (0.781 ETKM x 12 months = 9.372 ETKM)

Deep screening of the entire existing stone ballast to a depth of 250mm below bottom of PSC sleepers upto the formation level (duly following the procedure as given in para 238(2)€ or IR PWM & Para 6.3 of LMR manual/ under traffic condition& packing the entire muck away to make up/ under cess in embankment including leading the deep screening earth in cutting upto a lead of 100m to make up cess at embankment and reinforcing the screened clean ballast back into track including lifting the track to the proposed L section to get a minimum cushion of 250mm below the bottom PSC sleepers including aligning levelling and grading the track to approved longitudinal and transverse profile attending to one round of packing as directed by Engineeer-in-charge to facilitate allowing train @ 20kmph ordinary track.

Supplying and stacking neatly stone ballast of 50mm for track in private siding along the track in private siding of FCI confirming to par 9.0 to 9.8 of technical specifications.

Dumping/ spreading of stone ballast of size 50mm in the railway siding/ track by manual /mechanical means as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder,railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand) for Railway Dead End

Repurchase price of dismantled materials (to be paid by (or recovered from the contractor work bill) inclusive of cost born for stacking, loading and unloading etc., by the contractor.
