Introduction of Spool piece as Safe End on 90% Feed Water Nozzle of KGS#1 of Steam Generators during EMCCR which includes Cutting, grinding, edge preparation, fitup and welding of CSxCS/SSxSS/CSxSS/ Chrome-moly x Chrome-moly/Chrome-moly x CS; butt weld/nozzle joints with or without consumable insert by GTAW, GTAW+SMAW process, NDT testing,Pre Heating, Post Weld heat treatment, Welding Procedure Qualification at shop with specimen test at laboratory, technical specification as mentioned in Annexure-I including welding consumables & machines (except Argon, Acetylene & Oxygen gas). Working area Zone - IV of controlled and supervised area.
