Hiring of Mid-Premium Sedan AC staff Cars for Directors of HSL viz. Honda City/ Hyundai Verna/ Maruti Suzuki Ciaz / Skoda Slavia/ Volkswagen Virtus or exact equivalent *

NOTE:1. The L1 will be decided based on overall cost of Sl no. 1 above 2. Quoted price includes all expenses i.e. fuel, oil lubricants all necessary accessories, maintenance, repairs, Salary / Wages payable to drivers(includes 2 drivers (8 hours each) may be deployed by bidder for each vehicle per day), all taxes, comprehensive insurance, etc. HSL shall not be liable to pay any charges whatsoever other than the contract rates. 3. Vehicle shall be arranged on monthly basis.4. Requirement of the Vehicles is indicative which may vary based on Actual Requirement.5.The quote shall be exclusive of Applicable GST taxes and the same to be shown against the GST column 6.Besides the above , all HSL standard terms & conditions apply

Wages / Salaries to be paid to drivers on mothly basis (for Normal / EV Cars )

Wages / Salaries to be paid to drivers on DAILY basis (for Normal / EV cars )

NOTE: The optional cost is not a part of the evaluation criteria, the price will be required to ascertain cost of wages/ salary to be paid to the Drivers of director's vehicle.2. Price Evaluation shall be on Overall L1 basis of Main Price Bids Format (BOQ1) only.3. BOQ2.1 & BOQ2.2 (OPTIONAL COST) will not be considered as L1 bidder for the Price Evaluation.4. Bidder may deploy 2 drivers (8 hours each) for each vehicle per day.
