| 1 | Drilling of 125 mm diameter tube well by air rotary drilling rig unit suitable for lowering of MS casing of 125 mm diameter in suitably drilled bore hole as per specifications laid down in IS 2800 (Part-I) with up to date amendments. The job is to be done in all kinds of soils, boulder, rocks, collapsible strata, saturated soils, artisan conditions by ODEX/DTH attachments and exploration of ground water by tapping sufficient aquifer zones. The job includes the cost shifting of drilling accessories, tools, bits, casing shoe, consumables like fuel, lubricants, skilled and unskilled labours and other unforeseen items. Development of tube well with backwash method with air compressor of minimum capacity 1000 CFM (300 PSI air delivery system) with suitable arrangements till well is thoroughly developed in all respects as per the directions of site engineer. |
| 2 | Providing, fitting of MS 125 mm dia pipe and subsequent lowering of casing assembly and its welding after every 10 feet / 20 feet, up to the drilled / desired depth. The casing is to be slotted as per the site requirement and as directed by site engineer. The specifications of the tube well shall be as under as per IS 4270. |
| 3 | Providing, fitting and commissioning of single phase submersible type pumping unit along with allied jobs. Complete details of the job are as under: Providing, fitting, testing and commissioning of single phase pumping equipment following specification: Power 2 HP, Discharge 1500–1200 GPH, Head 40 m – 55 m. The pump motor is coupled together with a steel coupling. The job includes lowering of the submersible pump equipment and providing and fitting of starter. |
| 4 | Providing and fitting of 32 mm dia GI column pipe (Class-B). Pipe (03 meter in length) is properly threaded at both the ends. The pipe shall be provided and fitted with GI socket for jointing purpose. |
| 5 | Providing and fitting of 05 KVA single phase automatic/manual voltage stabilizer as per site requirement. The job also includes providing and fitting of copper wire of suitable gauge required for connecting of incoming and outgoing connections. |
| 6 | Providing and fitting of submersible cable 4.0 sq. mm connecting pumping unit with motor starter. |
| 7 | Providing and fitting of 05 mm steel wire rope for holding sub type pumping unit. |

| 9 | Providing and fitting of reducer 32 mm dia to 25 mm. The job also includes providing and fitting of 32 mm dia GI bend, MOC: B class, well cap of required dia. |
| 10 | Providing and laying of plain cement concrete block of size 4 ft × 4 ft × 1 ft in 1:3:6 mix to give adequate strength to act as a sanitary block for the well and to grout the hand pump assembly in order to make it robust to resist shock load observed while pumping. The job includes providing and laying of PCC edges of 4\\" × 4\\" in 1:3:6 mix and providing and laying of cement plaster in 1:4 mix to the above block to give aesthetically good appearance. Cost on account of shuttering, strutting, centering, curing etc. is included in the scope of work.
