All components of structure (walls, ceiling roof and truss made from A class imported hot pinewood duly fitted in T G Dove tails etc), joints with modern aesthetic feature. The window shall be vacuum sealed fabricated UPVC with double high quality glass fitted in shutters. Solids pine seated with three levers international quality lockset of high quality make. Roof covered with wall able high rib CGI sheets placed on pinewood planks having features to withstand snow and temperature in range of 50 and 300 degree centigrade (complete wooden assembly duly polished/ coated prime enamel/ wood coat and water resistant enamel). Double molded flooring area (drawings enclosed).
