| 1 | Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, hedge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing,weeding pruning replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter , removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and menure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide will be provided by the Department & lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel, other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor). Prestigious works (50 sqm x 06 months). |
| 2 | Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. |
| 3 | Removal of garden waste by TATA 407 or equivalent including loading/ unloading and carriage upto 1 km lead,complete disposal upto designated place as per direction of officer-in-charge |
| 4 | Maintenance of potted plants displayed at multi storied office buildings, flats/bungalows including application of good earth, manure, insecticide, pesticide and fertilizer, removing of dry parts by pruning, cleaning dry leaves and displaying in appropriate place and replacement of broken pots coloring of pots and change of location of pots and replacing with fresh plants as and when required (Materials provided by the department) as per direction of officer in charge (250 Nos x 6 months). |
| 5 | Maintenance of Potted Plants at Nursery including resetting/ displaying including watering, weeding, hoeing, colouring, reporting of the damaged pots and disposal of generated garbage at specified place as per direction of officer-in-charge. (Note:-Good earth, manure, fertilizer, insecticide & pesticide will be provided by the department) (100 Nos x 6 months) |
| 6 | Stage Decoration with arrangement of cut flower height 15 cm to 75 cm with 6 to 8 Row of flowers and fillers on the Oasis in presentable manner in the tray at site as per design approved by authority including clearing of site (Cost of Tray, Oasis and Cut flowers will be paid separately) as per direction of officer-in-charge. |
| 7 | Pruning of trees (above 4 to 6 meters height) protruding on to the concertina wire around/ leaning over perimeter compound wall including cost of all machinaries/safety equipments, materials etc., complete as per the direction of officer-in-charge. |
| 8 | Pruning of trees with multiple branches (above 6 meters and upto 8 meters height) i/c coconut trees protruding on to the road/electric pole/concertina wire and leaning over compound wall/building etc including cost of all machinaries/safety equipments, materials etc., complete as per the direction of officer-in-charge. (The height of the tree will be considered from ground level). |
| 9 | Pruning of trees height between 8-10 meters with few/multiple branches and disposal of tree wastes outside the periphery of the area pruned etc complete as per the direction of Officer-in-charge. |
| 10 | Making floral arrangement and display at AAICLAS office with different flower varieties using fresh & healthy flowers of Rose/Gerbera/Gladioli/Carnation/Lily/Welliams/Daisy/ Asparagus and other seasonal variety properly arranged in the Oasis/Floral brick with 12-15 flowers per arrangement and thick backing with decorative foliages as per the direction of Officer in charge |
| 11 | Supply of mari gold and other varieties (any other seasonal as directed) fresh and healthy flowers including supplying of flower petals for Independence day/VVIP movements flower decoration or wherever as directed as per the direction of Officer in charge. |
| 12 | Supplying of Organic manure (Wormy compost) packed in 50 kg plastic bag. |
| 13 | Supply and stacking of red earth at site suitable for horticulture works including loading,unloading carriage etc., complete as per the direction of Officer in charge( red earth measured in stacks shall be reduced by 20% for payment). |
| 14 | Providing soil less organic growth media with required moisture, nutrients, pH and texture properly packed 30 litre in air tight bags etc., complete as per the direction of Officer in charge. |
