Leak arresting of hot lines by welding/patching the damaged areas of the converters, gas ducts, furnace, boilers, heat exchangers, economizers etc. at different locations and elevations in SO2 / DCDA Acid plant immediately after stopping the plants. (Rate shall be quoted per point)

Leak arresting of cold lines by welding/patching the damaged areas of the acid towers & its ducts, duct & equipment drain lines, catch pots, pressure drop/pressure balancing lines etc. at different locations and elevations in SO2 / DCDA Acid plant immediately after stopping the plants. (Rate shall be quoted per M2)

Dismantling, shifting to ground level for chocking clearing, cleaning and fixing back of Pressure drop lines/Pressure balancing lines of converters, gas ducts, furnace, boilers, heat exchangers, acid towers etc. with new gaskets at different locations and elevations in SO2 / DCDA Acid plant during short shutdowns.(Rate shall be quoted per INM) Line size : 15NB to 100NB

Dismantling, clearing chocking at the same height and fixing back of Pressure drop lines/Pressure balancing lines of converters, gas ducts, furnace, boilers, heat exchangers, acid towers etc. with new gaskets at different locations and elevations in SO2 / DCDA Acid plant during short shutdowns.(Rate shall be quoted per IND) Line size : 15NB to 100NB Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
