| 1 | Dismantling the L.T.motor from its original position after disconnecting the all electrical power supply and lifiting the transmission shaft and pump set from from its original position, dismanling the pump components & accessories, removal of greese and other foreign particles with the help of jute, emery paper and other necessary materials, throughout inspection and checking for finding out all the damaged spare parts, reparing / rectification / replacement of spare parts as requried as per direction of the E.I.C. |
| 2 | Loading-unloading and transportation charges for both way ( from the pump floor to workshop and back to pump house ) of all the necessary pump components such as impeller, pump shafts, sleeves, bushes etc, which have already been lifted and dismantled before as required , as per the direction of E.I.C. |
| 3 | Repairing & overhauling of pump by dismantling all the pump components part by part for detection of fault, throughout inspection and checking for finding out all the damaged spare parts. Rectification / replacement of spare parts as necessary as per the direction of E.I.C.The details of the works are as follows: |
| 4 | Replacement of cutlass bush SS 410 as per the sample size.Approx ( L-178 mm, O.D-102 mm, I.D-75 mm ) |
| 5 | Replacement of cutlass bush SS 410, 1 each for Discharge bowl, Inter bowl & suction bell as per the sample size.Approx ( L-190 mm, O.D-108 mm, I.D-82 mm ) |
| 6 | Replacement of S.S 410H Gland sleeve as per the sample size.Approx( L-327 mm, Flange O.D-111 mm, Hub O.D-74.5 mm,I.D-62 mm) |
| 7 | Replacement of S.S 410H Shaft sleeve as per the sample size.Approx( L-250 mm, O.D-75 mm, I.D-62mm) |
| 8 | Replacement of S.S 410 Muff Coupling as per the sample size.( Shaft dia 62 mm) |
| 9 | S.S Material deposition on impeller shaft and removal of the excess material through turning operation to the required limit for necessary rectification of the shafts. |
| 10 | Replacement of shaft key as per the sample size. |
| 11 | Replacement of rubber bush for universal coupling. |
| 12 | Balancing of the each Impeller at rated rpm. |
| 13 | Painting charge for whole pump unit along with column pipes and other components. |
| 14 | Reinstallation and fitting-fixing of the repaired Pump set with all other accessories properly aligned maintaining allowable tolerence within permissable limit including supply fixing of new gaskets and fasteners of required quantity as per existing sample and making all the electrical connections, commissioning of whole pump-motor set all complete up to the satisfaction of EIC.
