Comprehensive running Maintenance of Voltas Make VRV System having 78 HP VRV Air conditioning plant (i/c 23 Nos indoor units) which includes periodical servicing and replacement of all damaged components like defective blower, indoor/outdoor motor, compressor, PCB, plug top, remote, starting/running capacitor, starting relay, thermostat, propeller fan, condenser coil, cooling coil, drain pipe, condenser motor, gun metal water tap, float valve as required along with credit for worn out accessories under buy back arrangement.

Providing &Charging of R410 refrigerant gas in the existing Daikin make VRV system by detecting the leakage and complete vacuuming the circuit and pressure testing complete etc as required.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Anti corrosive paint on the condenser coils, copper joints etc. to avoid corrosion damage. The coatings shall act as a shield, preventing corrosive agents such as pollutants and high levels of sulfuric acid in the air which triggers the chemical reaction that corrodes the copper etc. complete as required. a) Outdoor Unit
