| 33 | M&L Obilatering old writing of any description, n exc 0.1 sq m, with paint to match existing work complete all as specified and as directed. .Note for Sl item Nos 1 to 33 :-(i) Unit rate quoted shall include for necessary scaffolding, trestles, ladders & cradles required for execution of the work and protective works.(ii) Necessary spreading and removing coverings to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes and cleaning of the doors/windows and floors after carrying out painting shall be made by the contractor.(iii) Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for necessary shifting of tables, movable cupboards and other articles required for execution and placing in same position after completion of the work. (iv) Unit rate quoted shall also include for removing of nails, making good holes, cracks etc to match with the existing surfaces.(v) The user unit will be handed over the qty of material contracted by the MES and same will be issued to the contractor for External periodical services by the user unit.
