Name of Work:- SMART PERIODICAL SERVICES TO CERTAIN BLDGS IN ZONE-II AT MIL STN SAMBA
Sl. No. Item Description
1Complete removal of existing treatment on walls/ roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit having dia of 7\\" /9\\" to make free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.
2M & L for water proof cement based putty @ 1 kg (undiluted) per Sqm of average thickness 1mm over the plastered/ old prepared painted surface of wall /Ceilling and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc by skilled labour as per the following steps:-Step 1 :- Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer's instruction and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute.Step 2 :- Apply the first coat of the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application finishing the surface even and smooth in level without any undulations.Step 3 :- Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface
3M & L for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 0.9 litre (undiluted)/ 10sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine and allow 6-8 hours to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.
4M & L for water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive excellent dirt pickup resistance with low VOC less than 50, Antifungal / Anti Algai properties in two coats @ 1.79 litre (undiluted) / 10 Sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer's instruction applied over primed surface with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 litre per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in between subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and directed.
5M & L for one coat of acrylic water based interior grade primer @ 0.7 litre (undiluted)/ 10sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine and allow 6-8 hours to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.
6Material & labour for applying two coats of oil emulsion distamper over wall and ceiling surface complete all as specified and as directed .
7Note for item No. 1 to 6 :-The work for periodical services shall include the following and the rates quoted by the bidders shall include the same :-(a) The work pertaining to periodical services shall be executed by the contractor as per MoU from authorised applicator through manufacturer of the materials like Exterior Emulsion paint, putty etc after approval by the GE. (b) Warranty/ Gurantee : Contractor shall provide warranty/ guarantee on the supplied paint products and systems for a period of 03 (Three) years from the date of final completion/ handover of the painting work, as per company policy and applicable terms through MOU.(c) The Contractor shall upload with the documents under cover I \\"Memoradum of Understanding\\" (MOU) with at least one of the manufacturers mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be laible to be rejected.(d) Use of Scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc (up to three storey bldgs) necessary for execution of work and protective and safety measures.(e) Removing of Nails, making good holes, cracks etc(f) Work in patches and in narrow / widths, bands, cornices, pilasters etc and cutting in edge of line where necessary.(g) Spreading and removing covering to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes.(h) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery , electric fittings , wirings etc. Drops and splashes of paint to be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.(j) Sample patch of 10Sqm be prepared considering all the items of periodical and shall be got approved from GE prior to carrying out further work.
8Rendering 10+5 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface walls in two layers, in cement mortar 1:4 , rendering is to be finished even and fair without using extra cement , including WPC @ 0.2 Ltr par Bag of cement , including taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete, all as specified.
9M&L Rendering cement plaster, 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement, including taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete, all as specified.
10Rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface ceilings, in cement mortar 1:3 , including taking out peeled off plaster / concrete if required and making the line in true shape and finishing the surface without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete, all as specified.
11M&L for repairing of concrete surfaces such as balcony, chajjas, upward or downward facias ,column, pillar, ceiling and similar items with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 including minimum reinforcement or rendering 10-15mm thick as per site requirement in CM 1:3 without using extra cement finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed (Up to three storey bldgs and including necessory formwork and scaffolding and provision of minimum reinforcement required as per site condition also taking down or dismantling as required at site).
12Writing letter or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc 30 cm high complete all and the colour of paint and dimension of letter to be used as approved by Engr-In-Charge.
13M & L for preparing old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.
14M&l for preparation of old painted wooden surface of any description exc 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
15Securing glass of any description in existing steel frames glazed with putty/ beads including removing loose or decayed putty/ beads, painting/oiling one coat on rebates, grooves, reputtying and painting/oiling puttied surface to match existing work (New length of frame reputtied shall be measured)
16S&F 3.0 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality glazing with oil putty or any type of beads in square n.exc. 0.5 Sq each pane in any type of frame of iron/Steel/Wood/Aluminium as required at site complete all as specified (upto fourth storey with necessary scaffolding), Including hacking out old broken glass (any thickness,size quality or description) , Complete all as specified.
17S&F 3.0 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality glazing with oil putty or any type of beads in square exc. 0.5 Sq each pane in any type of frame of iron/Steel/Wood/Aluminium as required at site complete all as specified (upto fourth storey with necessary scaffolding), Including hacking out old broken glass (any thickness,size quality or description) , Complete all as specified.
18S&F 3.0 mm thick figured glass, pin head type and glazing with oil putty or any type of beads in square n.exc. 0.5 Sq each pane in any type of frame of iron/Steel/Wood/Aluminium as required at site complete all as specified (upto fourth storey with necessary scaffolding), Including hacking out old broken glass (any thickness,size quality or description) , Complete all as specified.
19Supply and fixing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 1000 litres capacity,(cylindrical vertical with closed top) with plastic lid cover, triple layered, hoisted and fixed in position , including PTMT Ball valves high pressure with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed for 20/15 mm bore pipe, including making connections, Including dismantling old water tanks and removing to store of water storage tanks (Cap. 500 ltr to 1000 ltr) complete all as specified and directed
20Supply and fixing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 500 litres capacity,(cylindrical vertical with closed top) with plastic lid cover, triple layered,hoisted and fixed in position , including PTMT Ball valves high pressure with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed for 20/15 mm bore pipe, including making connections, Including dismantling old water tanks and removing to store of water storage tanks (Cap. 250 ltr to 500 ltr ) complete all as specified and directed
21Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc, from exc 250 & n exc 500 litres capacity tanks in any position and from mouths of circulating pipes etc, and disinfection completely by making all the arrangements and writing date of cleaning on side of tanks also containing completion from user , including disconnecting of water tank of 500 ltr capacity setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing,etc. measured separately). complete all as directed.
22Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc, from exc 500 & n exc 1000 litres capacity tanks in any position and from mouths of circulating pipes etc, and disinfection completely by making all the arrangements and writing date of cleaning on side of tanks also containing completion from user complete, including disconnecting of water tank of 1000 ltr capacity setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing,etc. measured separately).all as directed.
23S&F in repair 25mm outer dia stainless steel decorative drapery rod of thickness 20 gauge and for every 01 RM length, with stainless steel brackets near to ends with stainless steel finials for 25mm dia drapery rod at both ends.
