M&L 0.90mm thick Decorative laminate type 1 of surface finish, colour and pattern as approved, fixed with approved adhesive as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified.

S & F Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified.

S & F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing.

M & L for complete removal of internal wall finishes by scrapping down and preparation of old plastered surfaces by applying 1mm thick wall care putty and applying two coats of oil bound distemer over a coat of primer on old plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTES :-1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum.2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc, required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule 'A' notes for details.
