| 51 | Dismantling /taking down /transporting carefully BER Central AC Plant/Package type AC plant off any size and capacity with all connected acessories (Excluding ducting items).(i) After disconnectioning the existing Central/package type AC unit (Indoor and Out door) with cables /Copper tubes connections including making good the distrubed surfaces to match with existing surface and shifting the same to AGE E/M store yard with out damage to the Central/Package type AC Plants by using lifting machines, transporting through vehicle and stacking in proper position as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete.(ii) Cutting, drilling & opening of existing wall of masonary / stone building for carry the new Central/Package AC Plants to inside the building and make it look like the old one & rate for the same is deemed to be included in the item. |
| 52 | Supply ,installation ,testing & commissioning of insulated Seamless Copper piping of hot gas and liquid line of 1 1/8 & 7/8 Hard drawn Refrigerant piping (Copper piping) with vidoflex insulation (19mm thick) ceiling / wall supports etc., from Indoor unit to Outdoor unit. Suction and Liquid line for (Measured both together) - Hard drawn for Fan Coil Units ,Complete as per the direction of the Engineer In Charge of work including cost of all materials, labour charges, loading, unloading, lead lift, transportation charges and GST etc. complete all as specified and directed. |
