| 54 | (B) Module Mounting Structure (MMS) :-Supply & fixing of the anti-corrosive factory made Gl structure on the RCC Roof for fixing of PV modules by fixing of suitable size fastner, spring washer, nuts & bolt. The minimum thickness of galvanization & mounting steel structure shall be as per IS 47592 & IS 2061-1992 respectively withstand the wind load of 180 Km/hr. as per IS 875. The minimum thickness of galvanization & mounting steel structure shall be as per IS 47592 & IS 2061-1992 respectively withstand the wind load of 180 Km/hr. as per IS 875. The array structure shall be fixed properly using maintenance free earthing kit. Note:- (i)The total load for roof top SPV should be less than 60 Kg/m2. (ii) The design of module mounting structure complying load withstand as per relevant IS alongwith fixing arrangement on roof shall be submitted by the contractor duly vetted from IIT/NIT/Govt Engg college for approval by GE. (iii) The material shall be corrosion resistant and electrolyticaly compatible with material used in module frame. (iv)The fasteners should be of stainless steel and should allow easy replacement of any module. (v) The minimum clearance of the structure from the roof level should be 300 mm.
