The successful bidder shall provide the following vehicles and machinery of Model Year 2024 or later (latest available model) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this E-Rate Contract.The estimated cost shall be deemed to include all expenses, including but not limited to POL (Petrol, Oil and Lubricants), Diesel, drivers, helpers, wages, statutory payments, maintenance, insurance, taxes, overheads, and all other incidental charges required for the satisfactory execution of the work.The successful bidder shall comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and statutory requirements, including payment of minimum wages, EPF, ESI, and other labour welfare obligations, as applicable. All such costs and liabilities shall be deemed to have been included in the bidder's quoted tender premium/rate.No additional payment, reimbursement, escalation, or compensation on any account whatsoever shall be admissible or payable by Municipal Council Beawar (MCB) beyond the accepted contract rates.
