| 1 | Supply and fabrication of steel truss bridge and steel pile foundation as per detailed drawing attached including supply of all structural steel confirming IS 226 - 1969 required for proper completion of the bridge including ground errection of the bridge and one coat of approved quality anticirrosive (red oxide) paint of confirming IS 5660, all T&P, nuts and bolts, washers and also including supply and fixing of shop rivets required as per drawing, required equipment shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost which shall be taken back by the contractor after satisfactory execution of the job, the rates shall include ground errection in the workshop and its dismentling after inspection, approval and removing defects, match marking of all parts, numbering and proper stacking in the premises of workshop before cartage to site of work. The work shall be executed in accordance to IS - 1915. The rates shall include cost of all material, its wastage, cutting, bending if required, welding, making holes, shop riveting, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. including cost of cartage from workshop to Bridge Site including safe stacking of parts. |
| 2 | Erection of Steel Truss (Girder) Bridge as per drawing with required camber including cartage of fabricated parts or old parts from the place of stack near site including submission of launching plan by the contractor, (duly vetted by a recognised reputable institution/ consultant if required) and approved by the engineer-in-charge. Service bolts to used shall be of approved make. The rate including of cost of all labour, T&P, equipments, civil work and consumables, cost of arranging, fabricating, repairing of old parts if required, errecting and dismantling of erection scheme including the cost of its designing, revising, supervision by contractor's designer at site during erection, also including cost of all safety measures and necessary insurances of bridge and labours for proper completion of the work as per MORTH specification no. 1905 with due regard of mansoon and as per directions of the engineer-incharge. |
| 3 | Driving/ withdrawing of vertical steel Piles of I-section steel column 600x210 (ISMB Section) of length upto 11.00 m. including lifting, Positioning driving/ redriving with Crane and Vibro Hammer(8 Tonne), Levelling and finishing upto required top level by adding additional length/ Cutting the extra length and stacking near bridge site after withdrawing complete as per direction of engineer in charge including supply of T&P, labour complete but excluding pile I-section which shall be received by contractor from deptt. Laljiwala stock yard for proper completion of work as per Drawing and Technical Specification and as per direction of engineer incharge. (Length of pile driven in ground will be measured for payment) |

| 5 | Cartage of Material from deptt. Laljiwala Stock yard to bridge site and after Completion of Kumbh Mela back to deptt. Laljiwala Stock Yard from bridge site including loading, unloading and stacking of material with all lead and lifts as per direction of engineer in charge. |
| 6 | Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 Cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 |
| 7 | Providing and Laying of Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal shaped Gabions of galvanized steel, of size 3mX1mX1m with two diaphragms at 1m interval, having mesh opening 100mmx120 mm, mesh wire diameter 3 mm for gabions, edge/selvedge wire diameter 3.9 mm and lacing wire diameter 2.2 mm. (The work includes filling boulders in the gabions). |
| 8 | Painting on Steel Surfaces Providing and applying two coats of enamal paint including primer coat of approved brand on steel surface after through cleaning of surface to give an even shade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701. |
| 9 | Providing a maintenance team consisting 1 no. Diesel Generator set, 1 no. Tractor trolly ( along with operator/ driver and fuel), 1 no. Welding machine set, 1 welder, 2 semi skilled mazdoor for 24 hrs ready for repair and maintenance of Temporary steel Bridges as and when required in kumbh mela area (1 day=24 hrs taken). |
