| 1 | Dismantling Cross-Arms of Mild Steel Channel or Angle Sections, etc, including Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, Washers, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 2 | Dismantling Insulators like Pin type, Shackle type from existing Electric Poles of any description and any size, seggregating Seviceable Insulators and keep in safe custody for re-use, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 3 | Dismantling ACSR or AAC Conductors from the Disturbed Span including Line Spacer, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 4 | Dismantling unserviceable PCC Poles of any description and any size including demolition of Cement Concrete (as/if required) and made good disturbed Ground, complete all as specified and as directed.NOTE : Unserviceable Poles will be dismantled at Ground Level and disturbed ground will made good as directed for which Earthwork, demolition of Cement Concrete, etc. will not be measured and paid separately. |
| 5 | Supply and Fixing in replacement Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections conforming to Fe-290 (Gde-E-165 ) including necessary nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape and size for 11 KV over head structure as directed and including applying two coats of aluminium paint (under & finishing coats) over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer on exposed steel surfaces after preparation of surfaces, supplied and fixed in repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Note: - (i) Sizes & types of members and shape of the cross arms etc shall be as required at site and all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Un-exposed steel surfaces shall be given one coat of red-oxide zinc chromate primer only. Cost of the same is included in unit rate of the item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.) |
| 6 | Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for taking out of unserviceble /laying under ground cable complete all as directed. |
| 7 | Returning filling in, approved soft/loosesoil, including spreading , levelling, watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 8 | Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50metre and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 9 | Supply and laying DWC pipe of size 120mm dia for the protection of cable including all fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 10 | Supply,laying,jointing,testing and commissioning Cross linked poly-ethylene (XLPE) insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric earthed power cables ( heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade of cross-sectional area 185 Sqmm 3 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I) laid in trenches/through pipe in road crossings/ paths /drains /ducts /floors /along poles/walls/ceilings/ equipments etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.( Note:-(i) Necessary excavation and earth work and GI pipe shall be measured and paid for separately. ) Make : Finolex /Havells/Polycab |
