M&L in repair to crack of existing bituminous surface of Runway by cutting to a width of 10 to 25 mm and 30 to 50 mm deep by mechanical cutters etc cleaning with air compressor to remove all loose particles , dust and filling withepoxy tar compound as per manufacturer's instructions and disposing all rubish / refuse to a distance exceeding 50m but not exceeding 100m complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and directed at site. Note:- Make. X-Seal Traffic Loop M/s L N Petro Chemical Pvt Ltd (EMULCOTE), M/s Hindustan Colas Pvt Ltd to be mixed and filled only by OEM or equivilant as approved and as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 'RUNPHALT' Bitumen Tubing/Rope for filling of cracks of width 5 to 7mm on the concrete runway with the help of screw driver pushing it inside the crack then apply direct flame 20-30 seconds through torch method complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for repair of cracks in flexible runway surface width of 2mm to 8mm and depth upto 10mm by removing all loose materials such as dirt, dust, grease etc, and cleaning the cracks using air blower/ compressor and applying slurry seal consisting of polymer modified bitumen emulsion (PME), fine aggregate (size not exceeding 2.36mm), cement and lime in proportion (1:1:1:1) mixed with water as required. Filling the cracks with the prepared mixture using trowel, after filling, finishing the top surface of cracks with the same compount up to 75mm width uniformly, ensuring proper finishing complete as per manufacturer's instruction and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note: Make.
