1.The contractor has to achieve the norms prescribed by the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board and also Central Pollution Control Board. They should arrange for getting renewal of consent. 2.Every month the contractor has to collect the samples and arrange for analyzing the same. The analyzing charge will be borne by mills. 3.The contractor has to mention the rate as Lump sum per month for one Supervision charges and for laisioning with Pollution Control Board) Office for getting consent order & Lab report. 4.The contract period is valid after one month of the closure of the season 2026-27. 5.The payment 85% will be made at end of every month duly certified by the Dy.CC of our mills and remaining 15% will be paid after completion of the crushing season (2026-27) and only after receipt of lab reports results within the norms as prescribed by the TNPCB & CPCB. 6.The contractor has to arrange one chemist to maintain the ETP round the clock in three shifts. 7. Other Terms and Conditions as per Tender Notice. 8. The contractor should provide one senior and experienced chemist to attend the work for general shift and the operator in all three shifts for contractor scope. 9. Rate per Month Lumsum Basis.
