Stacking the eacavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm. (fifteen centimetres) layers , when required in to plinth and sides of foundations etc., conslolidating each of the disposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing off all excavated soil as directed with in the load of 20 mtrs. Pick and Jumper work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge. |

| 3 | P/Lof Cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1cement:2sand:4stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in flat surfaces such as in suspended floors |
| 4 | Providing mild steel/ tor steel reinfircement for rainforced concrete work 1/C bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge. |
| 5 | Providing and Fixing (M.S. Sheet & Angle Iron) 600x600 mm size man hole cover with frame and controling chaber for wheel valve complete in all respects including locking arrangements etc. (not less than 58 Kg) within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 6 | White glazed tiles 10 mm thick in flooring, and Dado on a bed of 12mm thickcement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement. |
| 7 | P/F Chequrred terozo tiles 20mm thick with marble chips of specified size laid in floor, tread of steps, landing on a bed of mm average thickness cm 1:6 jointed with neets cement slurry mixed with pigment to make the shade of tiles including in rubbing & polishing complete. |
| 8 | Providing from work steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish i/c centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooded battens & ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceilling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work with in all leads aand lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge. |
| 9 | Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttress, plinth and string couress and the like with in all leads aand lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge. |
| 10 | Flat surfaces such as soffits and suspended floors, roofs landing and the like: Floors etc up to 200 mm in thickness with in all leads aand lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge. |
| 11 | Providing & Laying cement concrete 1:6:12(1ccement :6 sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer in charge. |
| 12 | Providing andf laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement :5 sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) with 15% plum concrete and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining walls/breast walls,the size of plums shall usually be 150 mm to 300 mm as per H.P.P.W.D Specification.
