1Providing and plastering with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 Sqm and under including cutting patches in proper shape, racking out joints, preparing and plastering the surface of walls, scaffolding, curing, disposal of rubbish near plant main gate etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer.
2Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate) using 40/20 mm nominal size stone aggregate of approved quality under floors including consolidation, levelling, finishing and curing etc., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer.
3Providing and laying antiskid ceramic glazed floor tiles in size 300 x 300 mm (minimum) of first quality conforming to IS 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) in toilet floors to required slope and shape, pointing joints with white cement and matching pigment including chipping and removing existing cement concrete/mosaic /cuddapah/glazed tile floor in toilets, making good the floor, curing, disposal of debris near plant main gate etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer.
4Providing and laying ceramic glazed wall tiles in size 300 x 200 mm (minimum) of first quality conforming to IS 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades in dados of toilets and above kitchen platforms to required height, laid on 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse Sand), jointing with grey cement slurry at 3.3 kgs per sqm, pointing joints with white cement and matching pigment including chipping and removing existing cement mortar/mosaic/glazed tile dados in toilets and above kitchen platforms, making good the wall, disposal of debris near plant main gate, curing etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer.
5Providing and laying granite of 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, pre-moulded and pre-polished, matching cut for kitchen platforms of required size, approved shade/ colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), joints treated with white cement mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, rubbing, curing moulding and polishing edges to give high gloss finish including chipping and removing existing cement mortar/ mosaic/ cuddapah stone in kitchen platforms, making good the platforms, disposal of debris near plant main gate, curing etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer.
6Providing and laying 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, pre-moulded and pre-polished, machine cut for front face of kitchen platforms to a height up to 200 mm of approved shade, colour and texture with epoxy resin based adhesive, joints treated with white cement mixed with matching pigment, curing, moulding and polishing edges to give high gloss finish including chipping and removing existing cement mortar/mosaic/cuddapah stone in front face of kitchen platforms, making good the front face of kitchen platform as a base, disposal of debris near plant main gate etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer.
7Providing and laying exposed/concealed pipes on wall using Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride Pipes (SDR-11) of Ashirwad or Finolex brand having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings,i/c fitting the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing , i/c jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement at all heights up to 15 M including cutting, threading, clamping, leak testing, scaffolding, removing existing exposed/concealed GI/ PVC pipes and making good the wall, disposal of removed pipes at plant store etc., all complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by Engineer. 18Providing and fixing white vitreous china European type water closet conforming to IS specifications with white solid plastic seat and lid, 10 litre low level white PVC flushing cistern conforming to IS 7231 along with all accessories such as 15 mm nominal bore CP brass angle cock, 15 mm x 450 mm PVC connector, flush pipe, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required including removing existing European water closet along with flushing cistern, curing, disposal of debris near plant main gate etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer.
19Providing and fixing white vitreous china wash basin conforming to IS specifications of size 550 x 400 mm with CI brackets, 15 mm nominal bore CP brass pillar cock, 15 mm nominal bore CP brass angle cock, 15 mm x 450 mm PVC connector, 32 mm CP brass waste coupling, 32 mm PVC drain pipe, painting of brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required including removing existing wash basin along with all accessories, disposal of debris near plant main gate etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer.
20Providing and fixing 600 x 450 mm bevelled edge mirror of superior glass of approved quality (Saint gobain) with 6 mm hard board ground fixed to wooden cleats with CP brass Cap screws and washers including removing existing mirror, making good the wall etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer.
21Providing and fixing 600 x 120 x 5 mm glass shelf with edges round off, supported on anodized aluminum angle frame with CP brass brackets and guard rail including necessary screws, removing existing glass shelf, making good the wall etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer.

26Providing and fixing 30 mm thick ISI marked water proof flush door shutters conforming to IS 2202, non decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of First class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters, providing aluminium sheeting of thickness 0.5 mm on one side of shutter including Lipping, all Aluminum fixtures, stainless steel butt hinges, removing existing damaged door shutters and disposing at colony store etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer.
27Providing wood work in frames of doors using first quality vengai and fixed in position with hold fast of required length, including removal of damaged door frames and disposing at colony store, making good the wall and floor etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer.
28Providing and fixing 30 mm thick first quality well seasoned vengai wood for window shutters, ventilators, with Float glass sheet of nominal thickness 4mm (weight not less than 10Kg/Sqm) for window,ventilators panes whereever neccessary, including putty finish, all required aluminum fixtures, stainless steel hinges with necessary screws etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer.
29Providing and laying PVC pipes/specials conforming to IS 4985/IS 7834 with ISI marked, 10 Kg/Sqcm, Finolex brand as sewage service lines in residential quarters including all fixtures such as floor Trap, Door ‘Y’ Door ‘T’, Door cross, and CP grating etc., clamping on walls, necessary chipping on walls/floors, cutting and pasting of PVC pipes, Leak testing, scaffolding, removal of existing CI/PVC sewage service lines and disposal of pipes at colony store, making good the walls and floors etc., all complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by Engineer.(Measurements shall be in ‘RM’ including all fixtures).20.1) 90mm dia

32Providing and applying two or more coats of white washing with sunlight cem to given an even shade at all heights for old work in ceilings/walls including scrapping white / colour wash wherever required, cost of adhesive, necessary repair to scratches, surface preparation and scaffolding etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.
33Providing and applying two or more coats of acrylic distemper (interior grade) of approved brand and shade over a coat of wall primer to given an even shade at all heights including scrapping white / colour wash wherever required, surface preparation, filling the surface cracks, scaffolding etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.
