Second layer consist of Fiberglass mesh covered with alkali-resistant coating mass per unit area greater than and equal to 175 gm/Sqm. Mesh size 3.90 x 4.00mm + or - 10% embedded in special polymer modified cementations base coat with hydrophones and the corners will be protected with corner beads with alkali-resistant mesh wings at least 10 cm wide mesh mass per unit area min 175 gm/Sqm. Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/Ltr and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004. Alkali & fungal resistance, Dir resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives ( Two or more coat applied @ 1.43ltr/10Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 ltr/10Sqm. The surface will be levelled, finished and made smooth complete in all respect as per the manufactures specification complete all as specified and directed. |

Drawings shall be vetted from IIT/NIT and shall be subject to approval by Accepting officer. Any modifications suggested during vetting/approval shall be incorporated by the contractor at no extra cost. However, vetting of design shall not absolve the contractor of responsibility for satisfactory performance of the system during testing and commissioning as specified. |

The heat pump shall have minimum Coefficient of Performance (COP) 3.0 in heating mode at entering brine temperature 10°C and leaving water temperature 35°C. The unit shall be complete with high/low pressure protection, freeze protection, flow switch interlock, overload protection, fault indication display and all accessories required for satisfactory operation complete all as specified.Note:- (i) Heat pump performance shall be certified as per AHRI / Eurovent or equivalent international standard.(ii) The unit shall be compatible with geothermal brine circuit using propylene glycol solution.(iii) Installation shall include necessary piping connections, electrical connections, vibration isolators and commissioning. |
