Steel work in single sections including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in R.S. Joists,channels, angles, tees etc. with in all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer Incharge

Removing white wash or colour wash by steel wire brushing and/or scrapping sand papering and preparing the wall surface smooth including necessary repair to scratches complate.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade for interior painting on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. on interior walls of Plant buildings of STP Zone 2 and Zone 3 complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Painting (One coat)on previousaly painted wood and wood based surface with enamel paint to give &even shade including cleaning of all dirt &dust and other foregin matter sand papering& stopping with an paint other than white.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) of approved make on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brusing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface all dirt,dust and other foreign matter complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. With readymixed paint other than white.

White glazed tiles 10 mm thick in flooring, and Dado on a bed of 12mm thickcement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement.
