Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in soft/hard rock, chiselling in soft/ hard including wedging out of a rock where blasting is prohibited and stacking the excavated earth up to all lifts, stacking the excavated soil up to all lead clear from the edge of excavation and then returniing the stacked soil in 15 centimeters layers when required in to plinths, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and waterng and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per direction and to the entire satisfation of Engineer- in- charge up to leads and lifts.

Providing laying & jointing and testing in trenches galvanized mild steel tubes Heavy/Medium class 50 mm nominal dia (the earth work to be measured and for separately.) The pipe shall be jointed with MS flanges as per 6397-1971 specifications flanges of following tables induding nuts, bolts, 3mm thick copressed asbestos fiber gaskets as per 15:2712- or latest amendments and the nut and bott shall be conform to 15: 3138-1986 or latest amendments, the size of right angles fillet weld for attachment of MS flanges with pipes shall be at least of minimum permissible sizes as per 15 specification NO. IS: 2825-1969 or latest amendments specifications welding coat and welding electrodes shall as per 15: 814-1967 including carriage of material up to all leads and lifts
