Name of Work:- Augmentation of 8 Nos. LWSS Matiana Under JSV Sub Division Matiana Tehsil Theog Distt. Shimla HP. (SH:- Energisation of bore well of 8 Bore (Mini Tube well) in a depth of 80 mtr at Thatal Nalla with providing, erection and testing of submersible pump/ Motor set of 5.00 HP in Bore well and providing, laying, jointing and testing of GI flanged pipe 50mm dia = 90 Rmt).

Transportation of vehicle along with allied accessories such as chain pully,cylinder assembly, connecting rod etc. i/c all leads and lift upto site of work complete in all respact etc. as per the direction of engineer-in-charge.

Providing and installing bore well submersible 5 HP pump confirming to ISS 8034:1976 along with directly coupled submersible type squirrel cage elec induction motor submersible for operation on 415volt 3 phase 50cps ac supply. Water lubricated bearing and provided with pivoited segment thrust bearing to with stand normal vertical lead with minimum wear and tear and dully fitted.with device to take upto the expension of water with heating motor complete of make KSB/CROMPTON/ GREAVES /HINDUSTAN in all respacts. (Pump impeller of bronje material).

Supply and fixing of L&T /HAVELLS/STANDARD MAKE controll panel suitable for submersible pump set of 5 HP Star Delta Starter comp with amper meter, voltmeter etc complete in all respact.

Supply and fixing of submersible cable 4 sqmm m 3 core i/c complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing MSERW/GMS flanges of following dia pipe and flange table mentioned below for plain edges and bewelled edges and capable of with standing required as pressure in recommended length of 4 to 7 mtrs. including testing & commissioning & cost of joint with butt welding as per relevent BIS specification (leak proof) including cuts & bends of joint pipe Tee, Reducers, increasers etc. as per site requirement and zink coating as per IS 4736-1986 as the direction of Engineer-in Charge and complete in all respects. (50 mm dia)

Providing circumferencial butt welding joints by electrical arc welding to following dia of G.I.Pipes medium/heavy class welded in requisite number of weld runs so as to achieve the minimum effective throat thickness of weld conforming to IS:816-1969 specifications, by using welding electrodes of 2.5mm to 6.3mm of Advani Oerlikon (Adore)-CITOJET/ESAB make, confomring to IS:814-1991, at site of work complete in all respects, including manual /mechanical handling of pipes in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Flanges to be measured and paid for separately). (50 mm dia)
