Construct the floating wetland frame using 110mm PVC pipes and PVC fittingssuch as equal tees, elbows, and cross tees, ensuring that all joints are airtight. Cover the frame with plastic mesh and lay a geotextile layer on top of the frame to protect plant roots from direct sunlight, capture falling organic matter, and prevent weed colonization. secure the geotextile layer to the frame with cable ties. Use locally native plants that thrive in water and will not outgrow the floating wetland. The rate should include all materials, labour charges , and related costs, including monitoring and maintaining the floating wetland for one year. Monitoring includes checking plant health , water quality( testing fee will be paid separately) and the structural integrity of the floating wetland.
