Supply only fine sand including royality and carring for preparation compost at site sand shall be brought at site and stacked for measurement before incorporating in the work stack will be reduced by 8% computed volume for loose stacking and for payment purpose complete

Supply only sweet/good earth at site (from outside of MOD land) including rovalty and carriage for preparing compost for pits/required for planting trees and shrubs etc (Sweet good earth free from objectionable extraneous matter, toxic material and termites shall be brought at site and stacked for mesurement before incorporatin in the works 20% of computed volume shall be reduced for loose stacking and for payment purpose complete.

Supply only maure okhla sludge at site including royalty and carriage for preparing compost at site (manure shall brought at site and stacked for mesurement before incorporating in the works 8% of computed volume shall be reduced for loose stacking and for payment purpose complete.

Supply and planting the following trees/plants/hedge/shrubs in location as directed by Engr-in-charge incl preparation composite pits of size 60 cm deep/90 cm dia & 90 cm deep by excavation in ordinary soil applying ATT planting trees & refilling of the pit with compost (manure, sand & sweet earth mixed in the ratio (1:1:4) breaking dods ramming and flooding with water filling with more compost if necessary and fine dressing incl removal of rubbish unserviceable materrial & surplus soil to a distance n.exc 100 mtr. ATT shall be in form of 200 gms nem cacle imbed with every cum of compost followed by DURSBAN or equivalent applied at 2 ml per litre in the first watering of 30 mtr per pit. Note: Unit rates of following shall be deemed to be incl in the quoated rate of this item. (a) The rate for excavation and getting out of soil (b) The rate for mixed earth manure and sand (c) Supply & application of neem cake & ATT chemical (d) Height of plants shall be measured form top of foltage and not the isolated branch/ leaf main stem and mesured upto 150 mm from top roots (e) Pavement of sand manure & sweet earth will be plane in items No. 1,2 & 3. (f) If water is not available contractor has to brought water form outsides and nothing extra will be paid to the contractor

(ii) Supply and plantation of grass selection No.1 dibbling root method Notes: The following activities/work to be carried out at site for plantation of grass. Selection No.1 (a) ploughing of whole site in soft/loose soil upto the depth of 30cm and removing all the unwanted meterials such as stones/weeds trees etc which are not suitable for healthy grown of grass (b) Dressing and levelling the soil to a gradient and slope on complete work mentioned in notes as above after loosening the solid as per site requirment . (c) Filling of manure soil at the ratio (30% manure & 70 % sweet earth at entire area to a thickness of minmum 300 mm to meet all finished grade as directed by Engr-in-Charge (d) Mixing of fertilizer and manure evenly by manualy as under manure- Old cow dung or okhla sludge at the rate of 2.25 cubic feets for 10 Sqm FERTILIZER (I) Neem at the rate of 2 kg for 10 sqm (ii) Benemeal at the rate of 1 kg for 10 sqm (iii) DA (1642) at the rate of 1 kg for 10 sqm (iv) BHC dust 10% or indance dust at the rate of 0.15kg for 10 sqm. Note :- The manure and fertilizer to be mixed evenly upto maximum depth of 15 cm (e) Fine dressig to top soil after manure and fertilizer to a required slope (f) Watering the area after fine dressing of soil after one week continuously till the soil get water upto 10 to15 cm deep (g) Final dressig to top surface of soil to reqired lop and gradient toward the manhole (h) Plantation of grass at the rate of 10 cm C/C both ways by dibbling root method (j) Rate include for supply and application of fertilizers

(k) payment of manure and sweet earth will be done in Sch 'A' item No.2 & 3 above (l) rate included for making mounds of required shape as directed by Engr-in -charge (m) if water is not available contractor has to brought water from outside and nothing extra will be paid on account. Note- For all items (i) contractor will make his own arrangemetns for watering of grass and plants continuously for 3 month unless & untill the grass green (II) If the three month grass not come up to the satisfaction of GE the contractor is liable to re-transplant it again without any extra cost to GOVT.
